Leave it to an expert

We often get asked if we sell our Bioethanol boxes by themselves so people can convert their own stoves. Our answer is always the same…No. Not because we are being mean, but because we were the first people to work out how to convert a French stove to burn Bioethanol and consider ourselves experts in the matter. So we know it is dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing. It is definitely not just a matter of buying a bioethanol box and putting it in a stove, far from it.This photo demonstrates just one of the dangers if you don’t have the expertise. This can’t be seen unless you take the stove completely apart. Imagine what would happen if you lit the stove! Not a happy ending. So please don’t be tempted to convert one yourself unless you really have the knowledge and skill, it’s really not worth it.
